The In-service report can be submitted online or mailed within 30 days of vehicle being put into service. Mega requires the customer/owner to complete the In-Service report and return it to Mega within 30 (thirty) days from the date the machine is placed into service. In addition, In-Service must begin no later than 1 year from the invoice date of the machine unless otherwise stated in the sales contract.
